In “Strangers” I was haunting for the first eye contact with a stranger. The moment when we perceive each other for the first time on the street. For me, his gaze is proof of my existence. He holds me tight and now remains frozen in the pictures forever. A tense look like two animals meeting in the forest. And although we perceive each other and we are connected for an eternal moment, the gaze turns away and I finally remain alone in my world. When looking at the pictures, it is like looking in a mirror, because the other person's gaze reveals a lot more about me than about my counterpart.
